Human Resources Administrator

Are you passionate about having ownership and making a difference? Are you eager to learn and grow with the business? If so, we are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at our Ringwood head office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with managers/team leaders to ensure that all HR administration is completed in a timely manner, including new starters, leavers, pay queries, personal and job changes.
  • Coordinate recruitment & selection across the company by assisting with vacancy authorisation, placing job advertisements (internally & externally), arranging intervews and liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Process emoloyment references.
  • Prepare documentation for variation of employment and probation reviews.
  • Be the first point contact for Absence Management and family friendly policies (maternity, paternity, adoption, etc.). Coach and support the line managers to ensure a consistent and fair approach. Guide & advise line managers of the process, their responsibilities and the procedure to follow under GILGEN policy. 
  • Day to day administration of the company fleet.
  • Assisting with meeting and training events when required.

  • You have excellent analytical and numerical skills. 
  • You are flexible in your approach to variety of work and energised by working in a fast paced and future-oriented environment. 
  • You are able to prioritise and organise work. 

Experience Skills and Knowledge required
  • Proficient with MS Office programmes
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
