Products: They are based on good and reliable mechanical components. The modular systems have been designed for the international business and are greatly appreciated.
 
Service performances: A competent team which provides courteous support to their partners and is capable of responding to their various needs and requirements in an efficient and speedy manner.

What are the arguments in favor of Gilgen that you rely on when talking with the customers?

Main argument: Together with our distribution partners we form one single team which defines the objectives and works the market accordingly. The partnership ranks first.
 
1st secondary argument: A reliable product that is renowned on a worldwide level.
 
2nd secondary argument: The configuration of the product ensures a high added value on site.

What has been your most rewarding experience with Gilgen?

There have been many great experiences, all of which having a common denominator: The job is well done and the expectations of the customer have been met (… and the invoice has been paid on time).

Main argument: Our after-sales service; immediate assistance in the event of problems (corrective maintenance). Great team!
 
Secondary argument: Quite generally, all the staff members of all the sectors within Gilgen Door Systems are very helpful.

What has been your most rewarding experience with Gilgen?

The moment when a framework contract is signed after I have been working on some tender invitation for more than a week.

A great employer for whom the staff members are not merely numbers on a list. Here we talk e.g. about „Pete“ and not about number 44 – not something to be taken for granted in this day and age!

What convinces you about the Gilgen products and the associated service performances?

Products: Thanks to our extensive product range, we can offer a solution for virtually any and all applications. In addition, our sliding door drive units are based on a modular design system, which ensures that many different versions can be built with a relatively small number of components.
 
Service performances: Comprehensive advice, from the inquiry right up to the installation support. A hotline provides remote assistance in the event of problems and if necessary on-site troubleshooting and help during installation. Possibility to organize internal and external training courses.

What are the arguments in favor of Gilgen that you rely on when talking with the customers?

Main argument: Around-the-clock service.

1st secondary argument: Special department handling all inquiries for solutions that are not covered by the standard product range.

2nd secondary argument: Excellent service coverage all over Switzerland.

What has been your most rewarding experience with Gilgen?

To be head of project for 416 door systems in Hong Kong.

Gilgen is a company who also lives up to its social responsibility in a peripheral region.

I am glad that a solution could be found for the complex spatial conditions in connection with our new building and the parking area.
